In 2010, Terracap entered into a $900M joint venture with CenterPoint Properties, a wholly owned subsidiary of CALPERS, the largest pension fund in the world (with investments having a net value of $210.6B). The partners bought and developed 5 buildings on behalf of the United States National Nuclear Safety Administration (NNSA). With a net rentable square footage of 1,509,950, the project is fully leased to the United State General Services Administration (GSA) on behalf of the NNSA, and is now complete and occupied.
