Terracap acquired a new property!

Terracap Management Inc has acquired a new property, The Main Exchange Plaza to add to its outstanding portfolio. Located at 800 Steeles Ave West, Vaughan Ontario, The Main Exchange Plaza was built in 1987 and has improved as a 135,000 square foot grocery anchored retail plaza. The Plaza currently has 40 tenants, including credit-rated tenants such as Sobeys, Scotiabank, CIBC, BMO and Dollarama.

The site is also composed of two buildings; approximately 18,000 sq ft and 117,000 sq ft each. The site is classified as Mid-Rise Mixed Use and permits a maximum density of 3.5 and a maximum height of 12 storeys.

The area has excellent access to Highways 407 and 401. To make getting around easier, vehicular access is provided by Steeles Avenue West and Bathurst Street. The area is also aided by York Region Transit and TTC bus lines that run along Bathurst Street and Steeles Avenue West.
