In early 2012, Terracap entered into a long term land lease to construct a new, 50,000 sf, state of the art, air cargo handling facility located at Edmonton International Airport. The cargo facility is designed such that aircraft can roll up to the facility on a strengthen apron designed to accommodate large aircraft and off load cargo directly into the facility. The facility is fully leased to such credit worthy tenants as Purolator, DHL and Cargojet.

Air Canada
The Air Canada complex is a special purpose built facility to accommodate air cargo, GSE and shop maintenance. Fully equipped with a cool chain operation, scissor lift, overhead crane and wash basis. Amble space for efficient truck turning on the public side and airside for tug and dollies operations. The complex is 50,000sf with 40 parking stalls and over 160,000sf of asphalt surface for general use. The current complex can expand to 75,000sf.
